Reuse of Glass waste as a partial replacement to fine aggregates in concrete

As human societies grow, the problem of waste management becomes one pressing issues that need to be addressed. Recycling and reuse are effective measures prevent pollution conserve natural resources. In this study, possibility using glass as an alternative was used a partial weight substitute for fine aggregates with replacement ratios 10, 20, 30, 40% by weight, formed into test models (15 cm * 15 ) cube 30 cm) cylinder, then matured tested their strength compression tensile at age 7 28 days compared reference or conventional concrete mixing ratio (1: 1.5: 3) well testing its workability on fresh concrete. The results showed crushed wastes in good aggregates, up 30%. compressive were 92.6% 80.86% days, respectively.
